Our well established business is growing and we are looking for a senior lettings consultant to join our team

This fantastic opportunity is ideal for somebody already experienced in Lettings who wants to join the busiest team in the city You'll already be proficient in all the key disciplines of being a great letting agent, but wanting to be stretched and energised in a fast paced environment where you can really show what you can do.

You'll need to be a confident and accomplished lister, with market appraisals and business generation being a key element of the role. In representing our brand, you'll be going through the door of clients homes and investments with everything you need to win the business, so you'll be a results driven individual who takes pride in seeking, sourcing and closing every opportunity.

If you are looking to truly make your mark in Residential Lettings and enjoy a strong team environment and are motivated by results and uncapped commission, this is the role for you.

**Role Summary**
- Booking in valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
- Conducting market appraisals across a wide spectrum of properties
- Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential Landlords
- Following office procedures & policies
- Contribution and focus of KPIs & targets
- Listing properties on the market accurately and efficiently
- Sharp focus on outbound business generation to obtain listings
- Registering Tenants and book in viewings
- Conducting viewings in a professional manner
- Weekly Landlord care contact
- Working with the team to deliver exceptional results

- Has previous lettings experience
- Wants to join and contribute to a successful and growing business

- Is articulate with strong negotiating skills
