Job Summary: As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing lettings applications, preparing paperwork, and overseeing day-to-day property maintenance. You will also be responsible for keeping landlords, tenants, contractors, and colleagues informed on actions, schedules, and progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage lettings applications and prepare paperwork in readiness for a new tenancy and tenancy renewals
  • Oversee day-to-day property maintenance, resolving issues promptly
  • Keep landlords, tenants, contractors, and colleagues informed on actions, schedules, and progress
  • Accurately document all activities in the property management system
  • Manage and process invoices efficiently
  • Obtain competitive quotes for repairs on behalf of landlords
  • Arrange and monitor safety certifications
  • Conduct property inspections, preparing detailed reports
  • Handle deposit returns, mediating between landlords and tenants, and liaising with the tenancy deposit scheme when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with administrative procedures and legislation
  • Deliver exceptional client service consistently

Requirements:

  • Ideally you will have experience of working in a similar role or within a property environment
  • You must be an excellent communicator
  • Possess strong organisational skills
  • Capable of multitasking
  • Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
