We are looking for a Clinic Administrator to join our team at ZW Clinics in Kirkby Lonsdale. The hours for this role are Monday-Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm.

We are looking for someone who wants to join us on the next part of our journey in our brand new refurbished clinic.

The person we hire will share our passion for optimising people’s health and quality of life and will get immense satisfaction from seeing our patients reach their goals of being pain free and getting back to doing what they love.

You’re a friendly and welcoming face for our patients when they arrive at the practice or call with an enquiry. You’re able to guide our patients towards the most appropriate services by keeping yourself fully up-to-speed with ZW Clinics range of specialist podiatry appointments and treatments.

You’re attentive and always focused on the patients’ needs. You can deal with everything that’s thrown at you as you love a challenge and remain calm and in control in a crisis. Your personality is infectious and along with your team, you create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the practice.

**What your typical day will involve**:
Your focus is to provide exceptional service and the best care possible to our patients - providing an important link between them and the clinical team. Your ability to build strong relationships with our patients and the practice team is critical to your success.

You’ll greet each client and offer support, guidance and expertise, managing payments and future bookings confidently. Coordinating the smooth running of the day-to-day routines of the practice will be done using our patient booking system and online operations platform, so computer literacy is an absolute must.

Other daily responsibilities include:

- Billing and maintaining patient records
- Writing referrals letters and patients summaries
- Managing stock control and placing orders
- Contributing towards marketing content
- Cash takings

Additional responsibilities:

- Financial responsibilities including managing supplier invoices, managing travel, accommodation and expenses bookings, and reconciling petty cash.
- Managing maintenance of the building
- Project work to improve patient experience and service delivery

Hours: 8.25 hours per day. Monday - Friday 08.45 - 17.30 (30 min lunch)

**Salary**: £24,000 (experience dependent)
