Job Description for Customer Helpdesk Advisor:

Key Duties and Responsibilities for Customer Helpdesk Advisor:
- Develop strong relationships with allocated clients
- Responding and prioritising queries and reactive works.
- Liaise internally with planning/engineers to ensure SLA’s are met for client.
- Ensure CRM is kept up to date and accurate.
- Use several different systems according to works required.
- Be first point of contact for allocated accounts.
- Quote for works accordingly, ensuring margins are met for business needs.
- Monitor open jobs.
Skills and Attributes of Account Manager:
- Experience within a customer focused role.
- Computer literate.
- Team Player with a positive attitude.
- Very organised and able to prioritise workload.
- Confident and not afraid to ask questions or for support.
- No experience within the office environment (graduates welcome) required, excellent work ethic and attitude recognised.
