**Warehouse Process Trainer**

Gap personnel are proud to be working in partnership with The Range to support the recruitment at their brand-new Distribution Centre, the largest warehouse built in over 5 years in Stowmarket, Suffolk.

**Shift Pattern**:40 per week Monday - Friday. Working hours will be 0600 - 1430, occasionally start and finish times may change to meet operational requirements.

**Annual Salary**:Competative, depending on experience

**What does the role entail?**
- Ensuring all colleagues are trained in line with Work Instructions (WI) and Safe Systems of Work (SSoW) within the warehouse operation.

Ensuring that a high Health and Safety performance is achieved within the training operation and that a positive safety culture is embedded in everything we do.

Undertake training analysis looking for improvements in the processes and methods of operating.

Conduct manual handling training and the safe systems of using them.

Develop new and contribute to existing training and support materials, measuring the continued effectiveness.

Ensuring all working procedures maintain legal compliance and are clearly defined/cascaded, with regular reviews to ensure effectiveness.

Ensuring all necessary resources are available for training to take place.

Play an active role within an honest and open environment and ensure accurate feedback is given on any identified issues within the training operation.

Effectively communicate to the team surrounding training requirements
