Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Management**:

- Implement actions to meet and maintain administrative standards.
- Assist in developing the philosophy, goals, and objectives for the administrative practice.
- Evaluate standards of administrative competence.
- Maintain administrative skills at a current level through ongoing training and development.
- Provide administrative services in accordance with current best practices.
- Supervise the administrative services within the company, ensuring compliance with agreed standards, legislative requirements, and relevant regulations.
- **Environment Maintenance**:

- Maintain a safe and business-attractive environment.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Develop effective working relationships with other employees.
- Support the effective resolution of team conflicts.
- Work to establish effective employer/employee relationships.
- **Additional Duties**:

- Cooperate with the implementation, evaluation, orientation, and induction of all new employees.
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of individuals supported by the service.
- Promote a positive image for the people and employees of the company.
- Keep all systems such as call monitoring systems and compliance trackers up to date.
- Facilitate the recruitment process.
- Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in administrative management.
- Strong understanding of current best practices in administrative services.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships and resolve conflicts.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and professional work environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to communicate with external organisations
- Be able to handle stress as this is a highly demanding Role
- Proficiency in relevant administrative software.

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Home care: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
