Based within the heart of North Wales, St Asaph we are a ever-growing supply chain company who are looking to appoint a Application Support Engineer with solid Customer Facing Experience / SQL / MSSQL databases knowledge to join the team and provide thebest solutions and experiences for our clients. We have been in business for over 25 years and have expanded rapidly since our inception. **WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?**

**WE NEED YOU TO HAVE.**
- Support desk experience
- Excellent customer facing skills / Communication skills
- Good knowledge of using the Microsoft Suite
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Problem-solving and an analytical mindset

**IT'S NICE TO HAVE.**
- SQL/MSSQL database experience
- Linux
- JavaScript / Python / Bash
- Project Management
