Meditemp are seeking experienced and dedicated Support Workers for our client based across Medway, Kent. Currently we are looking for Support Workers who have shown expertise working with Patients diagnosed with complex behaviours, personality disorders or PTSD who have experience working with patients in a residential or supported living setting.

**Support Worker essential skills**:

- Provide support to senior and nursing staff
- Promote positivity
- Observe, assess and respond appropriately to patient needs
- Prepare and maintain patient records
- Build and maintain professional and therapeutic relationships with patients and their families
- Keep calm under pressure and when dealing with challenging or confrontational behaviour
- Good organisation and problem-solving skills
- Manage and communicate sensitive information effectively and in accordance with legislation
- Effective communication and team work skills

**Meditemp requires you to have**:

- A minimum of 6 months recent experience in a clinical setting
- NVQ Level 2
- Eligibility to work within the UK
