Job description

We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join a busy global team.

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting the International Sales Team by offering product and service information; customer account administration; resolving product and service problems.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Supporting the International Sales Team to achieve their sales objectives.
- Communicating with distributors and potential stakeholders
- Advising customers regarding stock levels & lead times for potential and confirmed orders
- Assisting with collation and maintenance of sales reports and activity logs
- Processing customer quotes, sales orders and pro forma invoices using Sage 200.
- Logging and following up on customer quotations
- Maintaining an up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of the company's products.

**Key skills and experience required**:

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- At least 12 months’ experience in an administrative role
- Strong numeracy skills
- Experience of using Sage 200 preferred, but not essential
- Strong attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Leominster: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (required)
