**ABOUT US**

Thomas Panels and Profiles is a family run business which was established 30 years ago on the family farm. Since then we have moved to our site in Leominster where we manufacture a range of products for steel frame buildings. We are proud to be the largest independent cold rolling company in the country. We are an ambitious and growing business, currently employing more than 100 people.

**Summary of position**:
To facilitate accurate day to day stock allocations and investigate dispatch errors. A pivotal role to progress sales orders from production to load planning for dispatch.

**Hours of Work**: 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4pm Friday.
Part-time and full-time hours available.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Allocation of inventory to sales orders in SAGE in preparation for dispatch
- Raising and processing works orders in SAGE
- Reconciliation of day sheets to ensure all excess coil inventory is written off in the SAGE system
- Investigate any discrepancies between the information received from production and SAGE
- Ensure all tickets are completed and all day sheets reconciled, and excess stock written off, by month end
- Ensure all paperwork is appropriately filed and maintained
- Liaise with the wider finance and production teams to help drive change and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the allocations process
- Communicating effectively and accurately at all times
- Additional administrative responsibilities as required

**Job Specifications**:

- Understanding of literacy and numeracy to level 2
- Experience of production/ administrative department
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft office and data entry systems
- Desirable but not required to have working knowledge of SAGE 200 system

**Holidays**:
Our holiday calendar runs from January to December and we offer 23 days plus national bank holidays in England and Wales, with an additional 1 day after your 3rd Christmas and another additional day after your 5th Christmas with Thomas Panels and Profiles.
