In this post you'll be expected to work in a team where you'll design, develop, deliver, support and maintain blended learningsolutions for clinical and corporate courses.

**Description**

The NHS IT Trainer will:

- perform an initial Learning Needs analysis (LNA) to assess, identify and develop appropriate learning plans to help individuals and groups with their training needs
- deliver formal and informal learning solutions to groups and individuals
- deliver training both internally and externally on a wide range of clinical and non-clinical IT systems
- review end of course and post course evaluation forms to further develop the service and personal training delivery skills

**Profile**

The successful NHS IT Trainer will have prior education/training experience or NHS clinical/operational experience. They will also come from a clinical, corporate, technology or administrative background.

The incumbent will need the following skills: IT skills and/or digital savviness to be able to learn an IT system, strong verbal communication, problem solving, empathetic, patient and respectful.

Pre-existing knowledge of NHS systems is preferred but not necessary.
