We are looking to expand our Client Services team in order to continue and support our growth with the hire of a Client Services Executive.

**The role**:
As a Client Services Executive, you will support as a day-to-day contact for a key set of clients, keeping them up to date on advertising campaign performance, from sign off to post-campaign reporting. You will do this by providing insights reports, fielding ad-hoc requests, and educating them about the programmatic world, ultimately helping them implement their wider digital marketing strategy. You will be the key contact to manage campaign performance both internally and managing expectations externally to clients making sure all stakeholders are clear on campaign execution.

**The team**:
The Client Service team sits in between our clients and our trading teams - it ensures that Crimtan develops strong relationships with clients and supports the trading team to deliver the best possible campaign results.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Delivering and executing campaigns, i.e. ensuring hitting client objectives and KPIs.
- Supporting the client service team and regularly report campaign status for clients.
- Effectively collaborate cross-functionally with account management and client services teams to deliver relevant advertising solutions for key clients, prospects and agencies
- Cooperate with the advertisers directly as well as agencies
- Fielding client requests pre, post and during campaigns. Whether admin, insights or reporting.
- IO Management and creation, regular reporting and communication
- Manage re-booking of BAU activity

2. Helping the client develop and implement their wider digital marketing strategy through:

- Client engagement. Maintaining the highest level of service both internally and externally
- Supporting the client services & trading team through pro-actively managing expectations and educating the client when it comes to best practice, campaign strategies & Crimtan’s solutions
- Going the extra mile. Being pro-activeconsidering client objectives, client challenges, vertical specific insights & macro factors to provide bespoke solutions to help clients and agencies achieve their goals
- Develop knowledge of industry trends and the impact of these on Crimtan and our clients
- Maintain regular communication with all accounts and support on meetings and business reviews.

**About you**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join the team. You should be interested in a career in advertising, be comfortable with tech, and relish the opportunity to provide an exceptional service to clients. Here are some of the attributes we are looking for:

- 1- 2 years overall office experience (preferably in digital/programmatic advertising, but not essential). Must have advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills.

Being outgoing and personable:

- We want you to build strong relationships with your stakeholders (clients or colleagues in other teams).

Demonstrating an analytical and data driven approach, with strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail:

- We deal with lots of data, so you should be comfortable manipulating it and using it to qualify and quantify your analysis and recommendations
- Problem solving - you will need to use your initiative to try to solve problems (under-performing campaigns, discrepancies and make recommendations.)
