A fantastic new opportunity for a Corporate Administrator has become available working for a long-established charitable organisation based in Edinburgh.

Our client is looking to add to their growing busy administrative team.

**Position reports to**

Corporate Administration Co-ordinator

**Location**

Edinburgh

**Salary**

£20,126 - £21,677

**Role Purpose**

To provide a broad range of administrative tasks and activities which supports the smooth running of the office in Edinburgh.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Demonstrate belief in our vision and values by building relationships with internal and external colleagues across the organisation
- Friendly and professional approach when connecting to external stakeholders and internal colleagues
- Administration for internal and external events
- Compiling packs and documents for internal and external events
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements where required
- General clerical duties
- Handling requests for information and data
- Resolving administrative problems and inquiries
- Assist with H & S related tasks such as alarm tests, fire drills, monitor first aid kits and offer holiday cover for the property Team
- Assist with Safety certifications and risk assessments Utilities
- Oversee contractors visiting the building
- Assist with maintaining the H & S audit for the Edinburgh office
- To be the First aider for the building and a Fire warden
- Consult with Finance team

**Key Skills**
- Previous experience in an administration role working with a variety of colleagues and stakeholders within a variety of functions
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
- Ability to use own initiative and work with minimum supervision
- Excellent administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to link between pieces of work/requests and make relevant connections
- Ability to problem solve
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Good knowledge of Office 365
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams
