GJA Recruitment are looking for experienced Construction Snagging Specialist to join a reputable fast-growing team based in Preston for a 3-month contract with the possibility of a permanent contract. As a Snagging Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the completion of high-quality construction projects by identifying and rectifying any defects or issues during the final stages.
- **Position: Construction Snagging Specialist**_**Salary: £16 an hour**_**Duration: 3 months (with possibility for permanency) Location: Preston**_
- Conduct thorough inspections of completed construction projects to identify and document any snagging issues.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to address and resolve identified defects.
- Utilise your attention to detail and technical expertise to ensure all necessary adjustments and repairs are completed promptly and to the required standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of snagging activities and progress.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on snagging activities and coordinating necessary actions.
- Prioritise and manage multiple snagging tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Previous experience as a Snagging Specialist or similar role within the construction industry as an experiences tradesperson.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with project teams.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Valid UK driving license.
