**About The Role**:
Do you have experience as a Homeownership and Commercial Officer? Are you a customer focused, dynamic individual looking for a new challenge? If so, we really want to hear from you.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Homeownership and Commercial Officer to join our Homeownership team covering **Exeter **and the surrounding area.

You will be responsible for delivering excellent block and estate management services to a wide range of tenures, including shared ownership, freehold, leasehold, commercial and market rent properties. This is a busy and varied role, so you will need to thrive in a fast paced environment and be great at problem solving. You will ensure we are compliant with requirements as set out in the relevant legislation, so an excellent understanding of homeownership tenures and best practice is desirable.

On a day to day basis, you will manage all homeowner and commercial enquiries within your geographic region, from the processing of solicitors enquiries, deed of variations, lease extension requests through to general enquiries relating to the services we provide. You will need to have a keen eye for detail and be able to prioritise an ever changing workload. You will also need to be able to build and maintain an excellent working relationship with both internal and external customers.

This role is being offered on a **full time**, **permanent** basis and is field based in **Exeter** and the surrounding area.

To be considered for the role of Homeownership and Commercial Officer, you will be / have:

- Have experience of working within a similar role.
- Have an excellent understanding of current legislation and best practice.
- Hold a relevant industry qualification (D).
- Have a good understanding of various homeownership tenures, including shared ownership, leasehold, freehold and market rent.
- A knowledge of commercial management would be advantageous.
- Have an understanding of service charges and the relevant legislation.
- Have an excellent ability to deliver first class customer service.
- Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise your workload.
- Have a pro-active, can-do attitude.
- Be resilient and adaptable.
- Hold a full, valid UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle.
