**Job Description: Experienced Silk Screen Printer / Press Operator**

**Role Summary**:
**Role Requirements**:

- Directly reporting to the Production Manager & Directors.
- Proven experience working within the screen printing industry, preferably using automatic screen printing machines (MHM Machines).
- Comprehensive knowledge of têxtile screen printing machinery and techniques.
- Proficiency in colour mixing and basic machine operation.
- Ability to produce printed garments swiftly and accurately, meeting customer requirements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Commitment to adhering to health and safety guidelines in the workplace.
- Skillful in maintaining production records for continuous learning and quality assurance.

**Other Information**:

- Location: Leicester City Center.
- Required Education: High school or equivalent.
- Required Experience: Silk Screen Press Operative / Printer: Minimum 2 years.
- All customers and visitors are required to adhere to our COVID-19 protocols, including mask-wearing, hand sanitization, and temperature checks on entry.
