London, United Kingdom UnWork Full time

Do you love innovation and want to work with leading global companies on formative workplace projects from Sydney to the States? UnWork is a dynamic, forward-thinking consultancy at the leading edge of work and the workplace where you’ll be able to closely consult clients and stakeholders at all levels to define their innovation strategy. We have a creative, collaborative ethos and our team’s ideas, skills and interests are encouraged, valued and shared in an interdisciplinary setting. We are passionate about innovation, the future of work, workplace design, culture and technology, and we enjoy working for an innovation forward, entrepreneurial organisation which rewards initiative.

We are looking for a creative and critical thinker with experience in the workplace industry or real estate industry to join our consulting team as a workplace consultant. The role will involve working on our client engagements to develop and present strategy and design insights to clients who include many of the top FTSE and Fortune listed enterprises. In this role, you will form part of our team advising clients on the future of work and innovative workplace solutions encompassing space, people and technology. We are looking for someone with a minimum of three years experience who can take an active role in leading projects with a view to rapid progression.

It will involve leading and working across all aspects of our consultancy projects from initial briefing and proposals, client consultation and data gathering, through to the development and presentation of highly innovative solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a hard-working individual to develop in an established and growing consultancy business, working with data analysts and others in an interdisciplinary framework. Experience with managing projects and developing direct relationships with clients is essential, and some experience with working in change management is an advantage.

- Planning and delivery of client workshops, including the creation of presentations and other content for these meetings and the reporting of results back to the client
- Helping to build client relationships
- Writing and editing blogs, mini reports and articles for our website, clients, the WORKTECH Academy and external publications
