Ifa Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and documents
- Manage filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Provide administrative support to clients, directors and team members
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IFA administrator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of office management systems(Intelliflo) and procedures
- Working towards CII Diploma qualifications
- High level of professionalism and integrity
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
