**About the Company**:
Our client were one of the first firms to achieve Chartered Financial Planner Status in the North East.

?As they are Chartered they follow a demanding code of ethical practice. This means they must work in a principled manner that places clients' interests at the heart of the advice they give.

Our Client is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator with a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the financial planning process.

**What Your Day to Day Duties Will Include**:

- Management, monitoring and chasing of business submission through to case completion.
- Maintain & develop in depth knowledge of top 5 platforms/providers.
- Maintain & develop in depth knowledge of Intellifo (back-office system).
- Produce meeting packs and portfolio reports for client meetings
- Liaise with Director & Advisers regularly with updates of their client business
- Pro-actively question team procedures and investigate alternative options available
- Actively assess & discuss workloads/issues within team as required
- Maintain awareness & knowledge of all compliance procedures & product features
- Supervise and manage all of your new case submissions to paraplanning ensuring file is complete
- Liaise with Advisers to resolve difficult case queries
- Liaise with Business Operations Managers regularly to discuss issues & communicate fresh information
- Process & manage Letters of Authority, collecting full information & adding information to Intelliflo
- Actively liaise with Paraplanners on upcoming reports for clients
- Print and package Suitability Reports for Client meetings
- provide suitable updates to advisers on pending cases
- Pro-actively work with colleagues to answer calls and welcome clients to the office

**What is Needed to Be Considered for this Role**:

- Clear understanding of the financial planning process.
- The ability to produce professional work, to support the advice process.
- Able to work within defined business processes.
- Good level of knowledge of investments and Pensions advice.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
