iamproperty are committed to leveraging data-driven insights to propel our business forward and achieve our objectives. As we continue to grow and innovate, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as Head of Data and Insights.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Developing and executing the company's data strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
- Overseeing a team of data analysts to extract, transform, and analyse data from various sources
- Overseeing the design and maintenance of our data infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
- Overseeing reporting for all products, services, and data-driven initiatives within the Group.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Working with other senior stakeholders to embed processes and controls to ensure data is protected and managed in line with relevant legislation.
- Accountability for accuracy and consistency of data to position the business to undergo successful due diligence processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and deliver actionable insights, developing a deep understanding of customer dynamics, segmentation, and purchasing trends.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
- Supporting the Director Group with wider strategic work, including longer-term data strategy
- Staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in data management, analytics, and visualisation
- Previous experience in operating at a senior level within a commercially focused data & analytics environment
- Previous people management experience leading a team
- Advanced proficiency in using various tools and platforms, such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, and Excel.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinker with problem-solving skills
- Track record of developing and implementing data strategies and communicating insights to stakeholders
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £80,000.00-£100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
