Customer Service Adviser / TLO required for a new permanent role in the North East. Currently Durham/Sunderland areas but must be willing to travel in the region as required. Applications are welcome from people who enjoy dealing with a variety of people face to face, often in their own homes.

**The Role**
Working for a construction business you will be the face of the company as they carry out a range of construction works to various social housing estates across the region. You will provide a link between tenant and builder, ensuring that each tenant is fully informed of the work to be carried out and the planned timelines for this. Where appropriate, you will assist them in choosing bathrooms or kitchens etc. Some external works are also be carried out on homes and access to each property needs to be organised too.

This is a customer facing role and there is a fair amount of admin to do behind the scenes too. There will be travel and applicants must be prepared to travel but the company try hard to place their staff as close to home as possible. Alongside a competitive salary, the package includes healthcare, a £4k car allowance and business mileage too.

**Experience**
Applications are welcome from people with TLO/RLO experience and they are also welcome from people who have worked with people face to face and are able to transfer this skill to dealing with people in their own homes. Full driving licences are essential.

**Remuneration**
£22,000 to £28,000 depending upon experience.
