**Your skills and experiences**:
Essential:

- Experienced in a manufacturing environment
- Operationally and strategically minded and ability to build and maintain excellent business relationships across all levels within the business

Desirable:

- Previous Leadership experience
- Lean manufacturing knowledge
- Experience in Continuous Improvement techniques
- HNC / HND in Mechanical or Electrical discipline

**Operations Team**:
As a Production Leader you will be reporting to the Operations Manager, the Production Leader (PL) will lead an IMT (Integrated Manufacturing Team) and be responsible for the manufacturing elements of a specific Project/Projects throughout the lifecycle (Development / Production / Support) ensuring items are manufactured and/or repaired to the agreed Ops plan to the required cost and quality.
