**Senior Practitioner**
- We are currently recruiting for Senior Practitioners in Safeguarding, Assessment and Children in Care. You will be managing complex caseloads, providing expertise, and supporting less experienced colleagues.
- You’ll play a lead role in the relationship-based practice model, managing a complex caseload, providing technical and professional expertise, as well as mentoring and professional support to the rest of the less experienced social work team members andstudents.

**Duties**
- You will be working with vulnerable children, families, statutory bodies, and voluntary agencies.
- You will have an approach of analytical thinking and inclusivity.
- You will be playing a lead role in the service and supporting colleagues with less experience.
- You must hold a recognised social work qualification and have current active registration with Social Work England.
