Sales Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Sales Administrator **to join our team in* Pampisford Anglia Tool Centre*. The role is offering a competitive salary of £10.42-£11.00 per hour (dependant on experience) and range of fantastic benefits.
**This is a part time role: Monday - Wednesday 8:30-5**
Huws Gray Group are a fast-growing company and since the formation in 1990, have developed from a single branch of 5 staff in Anglesey to over 300 locations nationwide with over 5500 colleagues. As a **Sales Administrator** you would be working as part of a team and would report to the Branch Management. Your key responsibilities would include:
- Processing online customer orders and inter-branch transfers promptly and accurately
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to help facilitate special stock orders and warranty repairs services.
- Achieve and maintain high standards of service for all our customers at all times
- Wherever possible, answer the phone within three rings
- Advise and give prices or technical information to customers as required.
- Link sell products wherever possible, including group special offers and promotions
- Other ad hoc office duties
