**Key responsibilities**:

- Process incoming mail, ensuring its timely and accurate distribution.
- Take full ownership of the enquiries mailbox, managing and responding effectively.
- Prepare and bind board reports with a keen eye for detail and professionalism.
- Contribute to the creation and distribution of informative newsletters.
- Offer support to staff members, assisting them with various administrative needs.
- Organise and maintain documents through efficient filing systems.
- Execute essential errands to facilitate the smooth functioning of daily operations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all arrangements are in order.
- Maintain tidiness in the kitchen area, fostering a clean and organised space.
- Oversee the management of ID badges for employees.
- Handle courier services, guaranteeing prompt sending and receiving of packages.
- Manage the inventory and distribution of stationary supplies.
- Assist in coordinating transportation arrangements as required.
- Undertake formatting and printing tasks to uphold professional documentation. Fulfil ad-hoc duties with a proactive and adaptable approach.

**Key skills and attributes;**
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
