**Your Role**:
As an Internal Account Manager, you’ll be:

- Building relationships with partners and resellers by attending Trade Shows and Events
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Continually updating the CRM to include the most up to date information
- Identifying new business opportunities for yourself and the team
- Responsible for handling inbound sales enquiries from their 9,000+ (and growing) existing customers.
- Supporting their External Account Managers, their Resellers, and their Internal Support Team to deliver a world-class service.
- Graduate Degree preferred, but not essential
- 5 GCSEs A* to C, including Maths and English
- Sales-orientated, self and money-motivated, with lots of energy and enthusiasm
- Excellent listener and communicator, both verbally and written
- While not essential, it could be beneficial if you have previous telesales experience
