Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking to recruit a male support worker with experience of working with clients who have a traumatic brain injury. We are looking for active support worker who will be supporting our client with 6h shifts Monday to Friday.

**Experience of working with clients with brain injuries is essential.**

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting our clients with domestic activities.
- Providing support to our clients to access the community.
- Keeping detailed support notes.
- Providing support to assist our clients undertake various therapy programmes.
- Full training and clinical support will be given to the successful applicants.

**Training & Background Checks**
- An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
