**About the role**

This role will suit a self-motivated and organised individual; who possesses excellent communication and influencing skills and is very customer focussed and positive. You will be a positive, enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude. Experience in a Telesales/Telemarketing role is **essential**.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Achieving key performance objectives and sales targets.
- Make contact calls each day to targeted new students to promote Online Business School.
- Record all student contact on the CRM database.
- Pass on any student feedback and/or issues to your team leader.
- To be responsible for own development plan, identifying areas that could be strengthened and seeking solutions or methods to address those areas.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Customer focused.
- Good communication skills and a good listener.
- Well presented with a positive, proactive and professional approach.
- Team player.
- Computer literate: Word / Excel and conversant with CRM systems
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Good attendance and timekeeping.

**Salary**: From £19,000.00 per year
