**Hours**:32 hours across a 4-day week (no salary sacrifice)

**Job snapshot**:
As our Contracts Manager, you will own and drive pivotal contract negotiations and obligations across Wonde's suite of products, including our fast-growing Evouchers product. You'll be our first hire in the contract space so you'll have an important partto play in shaping the immediate responsibilities whilst looking at the future remit of the role.

You'll be a people person, someone who can take internal and external stakeholders on the appropriate journeys to secure maximum efficiencies.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Draft, review, negotiate and be the first point of contact for a variety of commercial contracts in respect of all Wonde's products
- Assist and be a key part in building a contract lifecycle management system (CLM System)
- Lead on the control and management of a CLM System for a variety of different contracts across Wonde's product range
- Assist in the creation and maintaining of template contract templates to reflect changes in business and law
- Understand the internal team's needs in respect of contract management and provide the support that results in their success with Wonde
- Support the implementation of company-wide contract activities and initiatives
- Embed and embrace Wonde's culture to ensure contracts are aligned with goals and mission
- Research regulatory guidelines to ensure we adhere to relevant compliance requirements
- Research and implement appropriate tools and systems to support efficiencies
- Monitor and report on the performance of contracts
- Research and network with the appropriate groups to maximise new opportunities
- Provide advice and guidance to Wonde's colleagues within the contracts arena to support wider business objectives
- Collaborate with wider teams to further define and expand the scope of new and existing opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Solid understanding of contractual law and experience in negotiating and managing contractual lifecycle processes including using CLMs
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- The ability to prioritise workflow to ensure deadlines are met
