We offer market-leading products for fire resistant ductwork, fire resistant walls and ceilings, and a number of fire stopping products, all tested to British and European Standards and third-party certified.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Administration Assistant with the aim of assisting both the Systems Manager and the Systems Engineer with general administration. This includes the drafting of reports and certificates for approval before they are sent to customers.

**The role is on a contract basis covering maternity leave, the hours are part-time, working Tuesday - Thursday, 0900 to 1630.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drafting and issuing of reports
- Drafting and issuing certifications (Approved Manufacture and Installer, and Certificates of Conformity)
- Maintaining site inspection and certification records Draft
- Uploading and filing site photographs on SharePoint, along with any other relevant documentation
- Maintaining an up-to-date calendar
- Maintaining accurate records of annual leave requests
- Provide new customer enquiries to the Systems Manager for formal quotations to be issued
- Order stationery supplies as required
- Ensure that the monthly timesheets for both the Systems Manager and the Systems Engineer are completed
- Provide general support to other members of the staff as needed
- You may occasionally be required to assist with courier deliveries

**You will have the following skills and experience for the job**:

- Good keyboard skills
- Possess expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel) and Outlook
- Ability to work independently
- Draft Report writing experience would be an advantage
