OVERVIEW
The White Hart is a 17th Century destination and circuit pub located at the heart of Wimborne, beside the Wimborne Minster with a large well kept garden complete with snack shack and outside bar. It has a strong local following. This pub has the potential toincrease the food offering and also welcome tourists and tour groups.

TRADING AREA AND PRIVATE ACCOMMODATION
The White Hart has two main trading areas, one focused on drinking and sports and the other focused on dining with the two-sided bar in the middle. The pub boasts a pool table, darts and an AWP. There is plenty of seating in this pub both inside and out inthe garden area. Part of the outside area is covered by a pergola and the courtyard area has space for a very large marquee in Summer and to host Christmas events.
The living accommodation consists of three bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen.

LOCAL AREA AND CUSTOMER BASE
The White Hart has a great deal of support from the local residents and they frequent the pub throughout the week. The surrounding area has a high number of tourists and this increases trade during the summer months. It is beside the Minster and very closeto the Model Town & Gardens.
Wimborne is a historic riverside market town 5 miles north of Poole in the county of Dorset. It is a predominantly residential area and the pubs location at the centre of the town is advantageous.
There is also opportunity to capture the coach tour groups as the coach park is very close to the pub.

BUSINESS POTENTIAL
The White Hart is currently trading well but there is the potential to increase the food offering and tie in with local tour groups visiting the area. This pub has a strong community focus and this needs to be maintained by the new operator. We are lookingfor a confident, experienced operator to take control of this business. Experience of event planning and marketing would be desirable for this opportunity.
