You will be mostly liaising with and reassuring potential customers, but also property management companies, public bodies, legal partners, and other team members in regard to all-wayleave matters.

Key Responsibilities

Interrogate land registry and other information sources to establish land or property ownership

Escalate issues as they arise to ensure action is taken

Forge strong relations with internal and external teams & third parties including Local Authority agencies

Assist in the preparation of Planning Applications

Resolve disputes over wayleave rights, land ownership queries

Enforce Code Powers where necessary

Attending joint site surveys with build partner and planning

Driving consistency, quality, suitability and cost-effectiveness

Support Planning and Project department with advice and the timely delivery of consents

Be responsible for the central document management, monitoring and reporting on all wayleaves

Be responsible for the continuous improvement of our Wayleave management processes and tools

Must have the ability to ensure accuracy and clarity at all times

Self-motivation and driven
- Excellent communication skills

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude

Has the ability to build rapport quickly

Be flexible to support the business

Calm and collected when under pressure with excellent organisational skills

A good working knowledge of the Electronic Communications Code 2017 and other relevant legislation

Excellent customer and stakeholder service skills with evidence of handling a high volume of data and diverse range of customer
