Wayleave Consultant

**ROLE OVERVIEW**
- You will play a key role in the delivery of works on behalf of a major Utility client.
- You will be working with a team dedicated to servicing this client and their requirements. Services include securing wayleaves, obtaining permits to work, arranging access, disturbance/compensation claims along with other ad hoc requests.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work closely with other members of the team to allocate and then deliver the works requested in a timely manner.
- Report to client on a regular basis to advise on progress and to find solutions to more difficult cases
- Assist in the administering of Client Account by undertaking regular financial reviews and requesting top up payments when required
- Given the specialised nature of the work and the lack of need for site visits, geographical location is not an issue.

**KEY SKILLS**
- Experience in securing of land rights associated with Utility
- Ability to manage and progress multiple projects at once
- Be able to negation wayleave agreements
- Strong attention to detail

**Wayleave Officer - Contract or Perm - Hybrid working**
