Nineteen Recruitment is delighted to working with a local client, recruiting on their behalf for several Progression Mentor, a role that is available on a full-time basis based in the Crook area. These roles are long-term and commands a standard hourly rate of £11.59 per hour.

**Job description**

As a Progression Mentor you will support progression co-ordinators and progression workers to engage with and provide support to young people, to enable them to progress into and remain in education, employment, or training, as part of their successful transition into adult life. You will work under the direction of Progression Co-ordinator and progression workers, providing flexible, responsive support to maximise the potential of young people.
- Level 2 qualification in Information, advice and guidance or Youth Work or relevant qualification
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or a willingness to obtain one
- Experience working with vulnerable individuals
