We are seeking an Order Processsor to join our Internal Sales and Customer Service Team.

Our Sales Order Processors work to bring high-quality customer service to the customers they interact with. We have a right first time approach and therefore expect orders to be entered in an accurate and timely manner. As well as inputting orders onto our systems, our order processors spend their time on the phone, helping and advising customers as well as liasing with other internal departments. A flexible approach is essential as it may be necessary to take on customer service responsibilities where necessary. This is a fast-paced job role, where a calm, thorough approach is the key to success.

Key responsibilities include:
- Processing online orders and arrange couriers
- Notifying customers of Not in stock items and delivery dates.
- Processing all scheduled Advanced Delivery Inventories and call offs.
- Liaising with our external sales reps and assist in their queries and provide them with information of new opportunities and customers. Inform them of any issues / changes.
- Ensuring all project orders are delivered on scheduled dates and booked in with customer.
- Ensuring that all orders and responses are handled within the working day.
- Maintaining and updating your daybook.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£21,700.00 per year
