With that in mind, we are looking for a **Front of House Host** to be based at our Training Facility, the Severn Trent Academy (Coventry).

**EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW**

As a **Front of House Host** you will be the face that welcomes staff and visitors to our Severn Trent training facility in a customer focussed, professional, safe and security conscious manner.

You will be a part of the wider Facilities Management team, delivering advice on front of house and logistics matters, working alongside our outsourced FM provider and security team.

In your role you will have the opportunity to embrace curiosity and learn new skills outside of your ‘day job’. We are encouraged to find new ways of working, supporting us and our colleagues in fixing things for customers before they go wrong. You will be willing to learn new things and embrace the challenges you may face along the way.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE**

In this role, you will bring your previous experience working in a customer-focussed environment to support you in a fast paced, customer centric role. Any prior experience working in a reception or front of house capacity would be advantageous.

This said, of course, whilst it’s important that we attract the right skill sets, and those with the right experience, we value character, positivity and a caring attitude in equal weight.
