**Introduction**

We are currently seeking a HR Assistant to join the team based at Worksop.

Working as part of the Human Resources team you will support and deliver a high level of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders. You will support the training, recruitment and HR functions with day-to-day transactional tasks in a timely and accurate manner. You will ensure best practice and compliance with respect to company policies and procedures.

**Main responsibilities**
- Provide a high-level of customer service to employees and key stakeholders, ensuring that tasks and queries are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner, escalating issues where necessary.
- Support employees and managers with day-to-day HR related queries in line with the company’s policies and procedures.
- Support with day-to-day transactional tasks for training, recruitment and HR functions.
- Maintain accurate employee records on the HR systems in line with GDPR responsibilities.
- Prioritise day to day workload based on the requirements of the HR Department.
- Maintain integrity and confidentiality at all times.

**Qualifications**

Required
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, including grades A to C in English and Maths.

Preferred
- Minimum CIPD level 3 Certificate in People Practice qualified or working towards a CIPD qualification.

**Experience**
- Demonstrable work experience in a service-driven, process-based business environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)

**Skills/Knowledge**
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Accurate with attention to detail
- Understanding of the need for confidentiality
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a changing environment.
- Good working knowledge of IT, Microsoft Office and the ability to work on various systems simultaneously.
- Strong time management and resource planning skills and ability to work to priorities and deadlines.
