Their mission is to provide quality care with compassion.

They are now searching for a highly **organized Care Coordinator** for their Domiciliary Care Branch who will help the Care Manager to support the smooth running of the care and support services they provide in Hackney.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be the first point of contact for staff absence and logging as appropriate on systems with follow-up actions highlighted to the relevant Service Manager.
- Participate with new customer assessments,
- Compile care packages,
- Liaise with next-of-kin of service users, and ensure quality supervisions take place within allocated timeframes.
- Cover vacant shifts with suitable staff to ensure that appropriate staffing levels are maintained across all services and update rotas with confirmed cover arrangements.
- Liaise with staffing agencies to make cover arrangements and ensure that bookings are logged on the relevant systems.
- Maintain accurate records on all relevant systems relating to staff absence, cover arrangements, and care delivery.
- General office duties, including call handling, data entry, and maintaining filing systems.

**Desirable Skills, Abilities, and Personal Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a similar role as a domiciliary care supervisor.
- locally based or within a reasonable commuting distance.
- NVQ Level2 in Health and Social Care
- Excellent organization and logístical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to use IT programs and maintain systems with full accuracy.
- Have a Hands-on Approach.

**We will be able to offer you**:

- Competitive salary up to £30000 per year, dependent on experience
- The role is set at full-time hours Monday to Friday with a Shift Pattern of 9:00 am-5:00 pm plus on-call service.

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year

- providing care: 3 years (preferred)
- domiciliary care: 2 years (preferred)
- leading and coordinating a Team: 3 years (preferred)
- Updating Care Plans: 3 years (preferred)
- Staff Allocations: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
- Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
