Church Walk, a women-only project in London, is seeking an experienced professional to join our Homeless Services team as a Senior Project Worker. In this role, you'll support 31 women with complex needs, who are referred by Hackney housing and other providers.

The project takes a person-centered approach to recovery, focusing on individual needs and promoting engagement with internal and external services. You'll work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support the personal growth of our clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in homelessness services, trauma-informed care, and leadership. You'll need to demonstrate strong emotional intelligence, resilience, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

About You

You'll be a dedicated professional with a passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable adults. With your expertise in developing strategic initiatives, you'll drive team success and improve outcomes for our clients.

**Estimated Salary Range:** £36,000 - £41,000 per annum
