**Role Overview**

We're looking for a top-performing Direct Sales Advisor to join our client’s team. Your role will be all about delivering exceptional service to our customers, creating meaningful connections, and bringing in new business by cross-selling multiple utilities.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Cross selling multiple utilities and additional products
- Using our custom-built system to generate quotations to new and existing customers
- Dealing with a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to customers
- Accurately inputting outcomes to Sales Force CRM
- Offering quotations to business customers and closing business
- Objection handling
- Listening to the customers’ needs
- Assisting where possible with the customers queries
- Managing and prioritising workload on a daily basis to ensure high levels of effective productivity
- Any other duties reasonable expected of you within your role
