Event Marketing Specialist

**Who we are**
Headquartered in London with offices in Paris, New York, Milan and Tel Aviv, YOOBIC has grown very quickly and doubled revenue year on year since its creation in 2014. There are now close to 200 employees worldwide, and we are looking to grow significantly over the next 12 months, especially in the US market, both in revenue and in headcount. YOOBIC is well positioned following a successful Series C fundraising round of $50m in Autumn 2021. Investors include the highly respected venture capital firms Highland Europe and Insight Partners, and YOOBIC achieved 40% growth last year and operational profitability.
**What we need**:
**What you'll do**:
- Own and develop our global event marketing strategy and calendar to help us achieve our marketing and demand generation goals
- Manage end-to-end planning and execution of events, including trade shows, conferences, breakfast events and dinners.
- Own planning, budget, logistics, sponsorships, gifting, onsite execution, and analytics/ROI for all events.
- Work with Customer Marketing Manager to source customer speakers and coordinate speaking sessions when needed
- Effectively track, measure, and report on all events
- Coordinate, drive and track follow-up activities in coordination with the Business Development and Sales Teams
- Continually research and develop new event concepts
**Ideal personality and qualifications**:
- Experience in marketing with specialization in event management, owning events end to end
- Experience working in the B2B sector
- Capable of directly managing all elements of an event from conception to measurement
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, creating a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Outcome focused, numbers-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Strong project management skills and effective communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders
- A ‘get it done’ attitude; resourceful and creative
- Proficiency in CRM softwares (eg SalesForce) and marketing automation softwares (eg. Hubspot)
- Native/Fluent French speaker and with good written and verbal communication skills would be a huge plus
