Customer Service Team Lead

**Key Factors to consider**:
- Full-Time in office position - Falkirk
- Operating hours: Monday to Friday 8 am to 9 pm / Saturday and Sunday 8 am to 8 pm.
- Shift rotation will fall within the above hours and will be set over a 6-week period

Our client, a leader in frontline customer service and support, is looking for a Team Leader to join them in their newly refurbished Falkirk office.
Supporting a Team of up to 15 Advisors, you will play an integral role in:
- Driving the delivery of great customer service through championing good performance
- Workflow management
- Support training needs, by collaborating with quality teams and coaches
- Leading the team to success, by providing a positive working culture that feeds into the overall objectives of the business
**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year
