Working within our Water Operations department, we have a really exciting opportunity to join the team as a Data and Technical Support Administrator (known as a Technician - Leakage)**. **Please note, the location for this position will be flexible and based out of either Shelton or Edgbaston.

Within this position you will be responsible for the Leakage field teams performance management. You’ll be required to use STW corporate systems, including SAP, Click Ariba and Power BI, to gather the relevant information.

Some of the daily activities include the contribution to the production of weekly performance data and component reports essential for the leakage management team. You will need to be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of data inputs and outputs, along with the ability to comprehend calculations, translating insights for stakeholders.

You will be required to take charge of setting up, preparing, and facilitating meetings, actively participating in next steps and addressing challenges. You will identify improvement opportunities, actively supporting business cases and contributing to their successful implementation. It would be preferable if you have previous experience working in the water industry particularly aware of leakage management theory and Water Balance calculations.

If you have excellent analytical skills and very strong technical experience (preferably of leakage management processes), are able to bring together operational and technical knowledge and have the ability to manage key stakeholders in order to drive and deliver measurable improvement in leakage performance, then this role is for you

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE**

Your key accountabilities in helping us will be:

- Responsible for production of weekly reports contributing to Leakage.
- Involved in 1st and 2nd line assurance assessment and documenting evidence of checks completed.
- Identifying trends, opportunities and risks to performance at pace. Work with teams to develop improvement plans to capitalise on opportunities and mitigate risks quickly.
- Support delivery of Leakage improvement projects.
