£11.79 - £11.98 per hour. This is a permanent 316 annualised hours post

**We are currently recruiting **
- A **Lettings Officer **to work at **Clitheroe Library, **to facilitate pre and post preparation for ceremonies. This is a permanent 316 annualised hours post (annualised hours will be utilised 'as and when' required) plus enhancements for weekends and bank holidays.

**Our service **

The Registration Service creates **accurate and timely records **of all **Births, Still-Births, Deaths, Marriages and Civil Partnerships **and makes provision for couples to **give notice **of their intention to marry or to form a Civil Partnership.

**Your new role **

We are looking for a **customer focussed **individual to work within our team to provide support for our ceremony programme.

You must have **excellent customer service **, a **flexible approach **to fit in with the requirements of the ceremony programme and the ability to set up the ceremony room which will involve **manual handling **and adhering to health and safety procedures.

Sometimes, you will need to work at other locations.

This position is term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent, the salary received will be paid on a pro-rata basis
