**Your new dream Job**:
As a **(Junior) Website Strategist** you will be instrumental in researching and delivering long-term website strategies that drive digital growth for our clients for both existing websites and as part of website redesign projects on the HubSpot CMS. You'll work as part of a team alongside specialist HubSpot designers, developers, content writers and SEO specialists, utilising your knowledge in UX, CRO and analytics to create compelling digital experiences.

Alongside our existing website strategists you will be running client workshops, producing analytical reports, putting together strategy documents and working with our designers to create wireframes.

**What your Day will look like**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive web strategies that align with client objectives.
- Conduct competitive market analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Create sitemaps, page strategies, UX maps; coordinate with teams on UI, Design, functionality
- Maintain project timelines and closely control scope of work for web projects and retainer clients, ensuring profitability and client success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering insightful quarterly and yearly goal reviews.
- Lead strategy workshops, both internally and with clients, to ensure strategic goals are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends to continuously refine and improve strategy offerings.
- Collaborate with sales and web directors to accurately price and pitch website projects, including agile and continuous improvement projects.
- Support client teams in setting SMART goals and driving the strategic direction of their web presence.

**What makes you shine**:

- Previous experience in website-focused marketing roles with proven success in strategic web development.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms like HubSpot or WordPress, and basic proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, and market research.
- Strong project management skills, familiar with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies is an advantage.
- Strong data analysis skills; able to deep dive into web performance, make reasoned recommendations for KPIs / growth, create easy to understand reports that demonstrate success within the clients goals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading teams and workshops. Completely at ease managing client relationships and expectations; able to calm any situation and confident to stand by your recommendations.
