As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery and monitoring of marketing, CRM, website, or technical projects. Your primary objective will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. You will work closely with our internal team, including strategists and growth consultants, to achieve project goals and meet client expectations.
Execute, monitor, and successfully manage projects in collaboration with our internal team.
Create projects in ClickUp based on sales and planning documents to ensure accurate time forecasts and smooth scheduling.
Participate in Sales Handover Meetings to facilitate a smooth transition of projects.
Assist in identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities during project execution.
Organize and conduct weekly/bi-weekly client meetings to ensure all deadlines and expectations are effectively communicated.
Monitor project progress daily and adjust plans as needed to ensure project success.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and project objectives.
Analyze the profitability of customer projects.
Collaborate with Growth, CRM, Tech, and Web Strategists to ensure customer needs and goals are considered in the project.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills, along with fluent English proficiency, German Language skills are very beneficial
Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or similar.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
