Do you want to supervise staff whilst encouraging them to maximise their potential? Do you want to help people to regain their independence and play a key part in getting them back on their feet? If you do, then being a Senior Rehabilitation Support Worker might be for you.
As a Senior Rehabilitation Support worker, you will be overseeing the day to day running of a unit at Milton Grange which can be a Mental Health/Dementia Rehabilitation & Assessment unit or a Generic Rehab unit which is supported with Physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and nurses. You will also line manage a staff team and work closely with the management team.
East Sussex is committed to the growth and development of our staff, and you will have a key role in upskilling and providing opportunities for your team.
A key aspect of the role working in a multi-disciplinary team, supporting clients with medication, supporting clients with personal care, and encouraging our clients to maximise their independence to enable them to return home after a short period of stay.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
