**My client are a well established freight forwarder looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join their busy team, you will ideally be fluent in the Chinese language reading, writing and speaking.**

**Daily duties will include**:

- Responsible for revenue and cost accounting and gross profit analysis based on projects or customers
- Responsible for uploading or inputting invoices and business data in settlement system
- AP / AR management, arranging payment to suppliers and chasing invoices
- Checking and processing of purchase invoices according to the existing procedures and booking journal entries in finance system
- Preparing weekly payments and weekly cash flow report
- Preparing expenses report and other documents required

**Qualifications needed**:

- Bachelor degree or above in finance or accounting
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role ideally within the logistics and freight industry
- Business proficiency in Chinese and English
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft
- WORK PERMIT REQUIRED

**Working hours**:

- Monday - friday0900am - 1730pm
