Responsibilities and Duties
- Take telephone calls, answering customer queries, booking appointments etc
- Greet customers upon arrival
- Allocate appointments in the diary
- Help customers to find their dream dress, recommend different styles etc to them
- Complete customer invoices and take measurements accurately
- Book customer collections and fitting appointments
- Take customer payments
- Create eye catching displays and visual merchandising
- Keep shop area clean and tidy
- Prepare customer dresses for collection
- Support with social media, website and other marketing platforms and photographing products.
- Marketing and promotion including onsite as well as some events such as wedding fayres

Qualifications and Skills
- Confident and outgoing
- Motivated and hardworking
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Attention to detail
- Interest in fashion
- Willingness to learn
- Able to work evenings and weekends in line with business need
- Ability to work to company targets
- Basic sewing skills will be advantageous but not essential

Immediate start available

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £6.83-£10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sunderland, SR2 0PF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
