Our client, a family run business, is looking for a Compliance Administrator to join their busy Technical Compliance team. Working proactively, you will complete administration tasks to ensure the team runs smoothly and complies with all food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

**Reporting to the Compliance Lead, responsibilities for the role will include**:

- Paperwork collection from production areas required to update systems
- Reviewing technical documentation, collating data, and updating technical database
- Keeping spreadsheets up to date to ensure accurate record keeping and traceability
- Collect and trend relevant data for KPIs
- Collecting samples and arranging for their collection for analysis
- Saving lab results as received and advising team when action required
- Data entry to different systems
- Supporting with on-site external audits, i.e. sourcing paperwork as requested
- Assisting as QC Assistant as required
- Assisting with internal GMP audits, providing support as required

**Essential / Desirable skills include**:

- Experience of working within a FMCG environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- An interest in a career in Compliance and a desire to learn
- Strong IT skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to organise work, prioritise tasks and work to deadlines

The salary for the role is c.£22k and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
